Fatboy’s and COVID-19
At Fatboy’s we understand the severity of the current Covid-19 situation. Despite as much as a 70% drop in our business, Fatboy’s will remain open to serve the needs of the public and ensure our employees continue to make ends meet.
To provide as much safety as possible, we have increased wiping down our general serving and counter areas. We are using masks and gloves as much as possible. Any employee with any signs of discomfort will not be allowed to report to work. We have also begun limited delivery and curbside service as well as providing economic family style offerings for pickup or delivery.
Through a partnership with an anonymous donor, Fatboy’s has already provided nearly 300 lunches to students at Puuhale elementary school. Plus, we donated hundreds of meals to hospitals and recently furloughed employees. It’s Fatboy’s way of saying “Mahalo for all your kokua, bumbye everything will be ok!”
